This program was offered at the Maplewood Public Library in Maplewood, NJ. We presented to a variety of students, ranging from 2nd graders to 6th graders. This program lasted for 4 weeks, and the students learned about credit cards, the functions of loans, savings, investing, diversification, and other important principles.
This program was offered at the Hillside Public Library in Hillside, New Jersey. This was a one-off presentation for 3rd to 5th graders in the local area. We focused on defining money, learning about its history, and students examined money from a variety of countries (Japan, South Africa, Argentina, Great Britain, Thailand, etc.)
This program was offered at the Roseland Free Public Library in Roseland, New Jersey. The program primarily hosted early middle schoolers, but was open to 5th–12th graders. Students learned about the history of money, investing, budgeting, saving, and the different ways of interest.
This program was offered at the Library of the Chathams in Chatham, New Jersey. The program hosted a bright group of young elementary school kids, ranging from 3rd graders to 5th graders. We focused on learning about budgeting, saving, wants vs. needs, and basic investing principles like risk vs. reward.
